Update 1.2: This took me days to figure out and then the fix was really simple. To get the Fade03 scalp like in the picture the Trilogy Save Editor is needed. That will be the code which ends in _Diff. The you will go down into 'Texture Parameter's' and search for HAIR_DIFF. Place the the code that ends with _MDL in the bar. You should see 'RAW' and there will be a bar below it. To do that you will first need to open up a save from you game. Then apply the proper codes of whichever hairstyle you want to use into the save editor. To apply the DLC you will need to import it using ME3Tweaks Mod Manager. Make sure you grab the one that is specified for LE.
ME3Tweaks Mod Manager is required for this to work and I recommend using this wonderful tutorial waiting day and night at Mass Effect Legendary Edition Nexus - Mods and community () by Kaylawayla if you intend to use the replacers.
