Here is list of unlockable characters, and what level must be done to unlock them. You don’t just level up online like most shooters out there, you level up through all game modes, online and offline. In Gears of War 3 for the Xbox 360, there are quite a few characters you can unlock by reaching a certain levels in the game, and some more that can be unlocked by unlocking medals and performing certain tasks in the game.
